The Mission of Rock-It Management is to work with artists who create music that we genuinely like, believe in and support. To work with co operative, organised, enthusiastic and loyal people whom have realistic expectations and who believe in our capabilities; to develop and enhance our clients career to their fullest potential in order to realise all of our visions and agreed plans.

A managers role is not that of a booking agent, promoter (Beware their are many people who profess to be this. in actual fact they are Pimps of bands, a real promoter will do what it says on the tin and not just put a date in a diary), record producer, publisher, merchandiser, publicist or personnel bank, lending society.

It is possible that the manager and its team will be willing and able to perform or assist in any of the above areas, but a mangement team role role is not any of these functions. A manger should guide, organise and advise and represent the artist and bands in matters affecting the profession of the artists career. The management team is usually the only other persons besides the artist who sees the bigger picture and who wishes to attain the same goals as the Artist. Sometimes they can be referred to as the "extra" band member.

Rock-It Management select only a few artists, having a broad portfolio dilutes the effort and dedication to each artist.

To be considered for management, you must possess the following qualities:

• 100% dedication to promoting your music, CD and bookings
• Ability to take constructive criticism and direction without taking it personally
• A consistent positive attitude
• Trustworthiness
• Willingness to work diligently and avidly to promote your career under management guidance
• Willing to tour outside of your current market
• Loyalty to Rock-It Management as your manager
• Activley marketing your gigs through online portals and generating/building a fan base.
